Sexual Harassment Policy
The Cucamonga School District prohibits harassment on the basis of sex. The Board of Education prohibits sexual harassment of students by other students, employees or other persons, at school or at school-related events. Sexual harassment consists of any unwelcome sexual favors, and other verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature, made by someone from or in the workplace. Any individual who believes he/she has been subjected to sexual harassment and/or incidents of sexual harassment impacting recruitment, testing, hiring, or employment, must be reported to the District Complaint Officer list below.
