Under the supervision of Business Services, the Fiscal Services department is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, enrollment school/district budgets.

Please turn in all time sheets to the Payroll Office by 4:00 pm on the due date.

• Certificated extra hours - Yellow Timesheet
• Substitute teachers - Blue Timesheet
• Classified extra hours - Green Timesheet
• Classified Substitute/Hourly - Purple Timesheet

• DNP-Deferred Net Pay (Paycheck is stretched over a 12 month period).
• EFT-Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit)
• SRA-Salary Reduction Agreement (Paperwork to start TSA/ 403b)
• TSA-Tax Sheltered Annuity, aka 403b
• Section 125 Plan-Allows employees to pay certain qualified expenses (such as health insurance premiums) on a pre-tax basis, thereby reducing their total taxable income and increasing their spendable/take-home income.
