CUCAMONGA SCHOOL DISTRICT Notice Inviting for Pre-qualification of Construction Services

In accordance with Public Contract Code 20111.6 requiring pre-qualification of contractors for projects over $1,000,000, the Cucamonga School District ("District") is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their company for inclusion on the District's list of pre-qualified contractors.  To be considered as pre-qualified, each contractor must complete and submit a questionnaire. If the Cucamonga School District is requesting pre-qualifications for any projects, they will be listed below. 

The District must receive applications before 2:00 p.m. on the deadline date.

Additionally, pursuant to SB 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid for a public works project valued over $1,000 (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the DIR per California Labor Code section 1725.5.
