Welcome to Nutrition Services!

Good nutrition and learning go hand in hand.

The Nutrition Services department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.

Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

Universal Meals and Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2023/2024 School Year!

Cucamonga School District now participates in the California Universal Meals Program and the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Program. CEP allows us to provide a healthy school breakfast and lunch at NO COST every school day to ALL students enrolled (in-person learning) in the District.  Students are able to participate in the program without having to pay or submit a meal application.  The after school snack program is also offered district wide at no cost for students enrolled in the after school program.

Interested in Wellness?

Cucamonga School District is interested in engaging our stakeholder groups in the development, implementation and evaluation of our Local School Wellness Policy and Implementation Plan.  If you are interested in participating in this process, please contact the Food Services Department at (909) 987-8942 x 3254 for more information on how to get involved.
